He wasn't just searching for a sale, but he was committed to making sure we knew all the pros and cons of each listing and gave honest opinions on them, which proved very pivotal in our decision on deciding between homes. Even though there were some properties we liked, he would educate us on any red flags which would have potentially been overlooked by us. He already knew the price, the area, the perks and how he was going to sell it as quickly as possible. We we're very impressed.
The next selling point for Ken Devoe was the quality of his current listings. We can't stress enough how important it is when you're shopping around for a realtor to look at the properties they have up for sale. His home descriptions were personalized, interesting and unique. Not too short, not too long. And the pictures were beyond amazing. You can tell the difference between poor, just ok and outstanding pictures and Ken's pictures were outstanding. Pictures lead to viewings and ultimately a sale so they are probably the most important piece when advertising your home. We accepted an offer after two days on the market and that speaks for itself.
Lastly, his communication was excellent. He texted and emailed us frequently, we we're never left wondering what was happening or if he got our messages. He had the sign up on the lawn the same day we signed the listing contract and the sold sign was up the same day conditions were removed. It was so nice not having to worry and wait on a realtor. Hiring Ken Devoe was the best decision we ever made.
